Facilities Lead: Dave Blackham

Dave worked for many years in film and television at the BBC and as Head of Operations at ITV before starting Esprit Films. Originally specialising in audio his expertise now covers a range of technologies including optics and camera systems right the way through to data workflows for the entire post-production chain.

Dave’s achievements include:

The vision, construction and delivery of over 18 separate complex media systems including business implementation of the workflow within public and private companies.

The strategy and over view design of ITV Creative infrastructure. At the time the largest SAN and Quicktime workflow system in Europe.

Developing specialisms in underwater filming techniques and camera systems, specifically underwater Broadcast communications.
