Black Goblin proposes to embark on the development and refinement of their innovative AI-driven sound design suite, Thol. Thol represents a transformative approach to sound design, envisioned to leverage machine learning for generating high-quality, custom-made sound effects directly from visual content.
At its core, Thol aims to address the challenges faced by media content creators in the sound design process. Traditionally, sound design involves labour-intensive tasks such as manual recording and editing of sound effects, which are both time-consuming and technically complex. Thol envisions streamlining this process by automating sound effect generation through advanced machine-learning algorithms.
