22 awards of up to £5,000 (pro-rata for the amount of credit they are studying) are available in 2024/2025 and will be paid against the student’s tuition fees for a postgraduate taught degree programme as a fee reduction/waiver.
The MyWorld Scholarship supports home (UK) fee-paying students who are from underrepresented groups in Higher Education to access taught postgraduate study linked to the creative technologies industry. This Scholarship includes courses at the University of Bristol, Bath Spa University, University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) and the University of Bath.
Successful applicants will need to be enrolled and engage in a postgraduate taught programme studying either part-time or full-time. The programme of study must be linked to the creative technologies industry and be offered in the South West at either the University of Bristol, Bath Spa University, University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) or the University of Bath.
The scholarship will only apply for 2024/25, irrespective of the duration of the course. Successful awardees undertaking a two-year part-time postgraduate programme are welcome to reapply each year of their study for the scholarship but they will be assessed in the same way as everyone else applying in that year of study (academic year 2024/25).
